Hubs

The hubs are created to give support to the Textile community in their respective countries, with topics aligned to the ADDTEX project.

The hubs generate synergies between industry and Academy, being a tool to create different activities such as workshops, among others, following these objectives:

Collect insights from academic and industry sector on the current state of co-creation and the challenges involved.
Discuss current policy initiatives and how to solve the challenges arising in co-creation between both.
Discuss what policy changes or policy adaptation are needed to enable more effective co-creation for productivity growth and to address to societal challenges.

In the framework of the project, four hubs have been created in different countries:

CATALONIA. Lead by the Catalan cluster of advanced textile materials TÈXTILS.CAT.
PORTUGAL. Lead by Citeve.
GERMANY. Lead by IVGT.
CZECH REPUBLIC. Leady by Clutex.

The hackathons and the masterclasses are activities planned thanks to the hub’s resources. If you want to know more about similar activities, don’t hesitate to contact the respective clusters.
